I'm 5'7" and the Closet Core Ginger jeans are up past my belly button. (Which I'm attempting to modify, sigh...) I understand your wanting to interface the waistband, but in my experience this "un-comfies" the fit and you might be throwing your joggers on a bit more ;=)

That's a good point about the fit of the waistband! I'll definitely need to consider my options 🤔
